Gospel first

Every role here exists to help people meet Jesus and follow him. Staff are disciples before they are employees, and we protect that order.

We stack chairs together. Titles matter less than ownership, and nobody on this team is too important to do the unglamorous thing.

Family is not a competitor

Your marriage and your kids are not what you sacrifice for the mission. They are part of it. We build schedules that assume that.
